1. Obtain a U.S. Rom file of Street Fighter II’: Special Champion Edition, Emulator MD and Lunar IPS program.
2. Download patch listed (Street Fighter 2 Remastered Edition)
3. You need to run the Lunar IPS program to add the hack to the Street Fighter II’: Special Champion Edition ROM, then run it in the Emulator.
